Business Analyst
Dublin or Limerick (Hybrid)
Contract – 6 months (could be extended)
Join a high-impact transformation programme shaping the future of digital marketplaces. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive upstream analysis, define scalable solutions, and ensure business needs are translated into effective change — across systems, processes, and operations.
What You’ll Do:
* Analyse current workflows and identify root problems and opportunities
* Define future-state processes and support solution design
* Collaborate with stakeholders to shape clear, actionable requirements
* Support technical change, configuration, and in-life enablement
* Contribute to business readiness, training, and launch planning
* Assess cross-functional impacts and support delivery sequencing
What You’ll Bring:
* 5-10+ years’ experience in business analysis within complex programmes
* Expertise in gap analysis, process mapping, and solution shaping
* Strong technical literacy and stakeholder collaboration skills
* Experience in telecoms, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus
* Familiarity with BPMN, agile frameworks, and low-code platforms
