Our client is an Irish-owned Family Office Group that owns and operates a diversified portfolio of businesses across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. The Group has a strong track record of growth through strategic acquisitions and operational transformation. They are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and play a key role in shaping workforce strategy and talent management across the organisation.
This is a strategic HR role for a professional with experience in complex, multi-entity, or PE-backed environments, where change and growth are constant.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, the HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor across the Group, supporting workforce strategy, transformation, and talent development. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR initiatives that support organisational and strategic objectives.
* Providing HR leadership within a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment, including support for workforce integration, restructuring, and change management.
* Leading talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce development across multiple businesses.
* Supporting HR projects relating to compensation, benefits, organisational design, and performance management.
* Embedding the Group's values, culture, and governance standards across portfolio companies.
* Advising on TUPE processes and other employee transfer or restructuring matters as required.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR foundation, combined with experience navigating complex, multi-entity organisations or private equity-backed environments:
* Master's or Honours degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of eight years' progressive HR experience, preferably in organisations undergoing acquisitions, integrations, or operational transformation.
* Proven experience providing HR leadership in fast-moving, multi-entity, or PE-style environments, supporting workforce strategy and organisational change.
* Strong background in talent leadership, workforce planning, and partnering with senior stakeholders.
* Experience working across multi-jurisdictional entities and navigating diverse HR/industrial frameworks.
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
* Highly organised and strategic, with the ability to balance long-term workforce objectives with operational priorities.
* Hands-on experience managing TUPE processes, employee transfers, or restructures.
