About the Role
The Service Manager will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure that the service is delivered to the highest standard. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and developing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of a person-centered service that meets the needs of all clients.
* Staff Management: Supervise and support a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
* Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational standards.
Requirements:
* A third-level graduate in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering quality services.
* Experience working in a HIQA registered service.

Remuneration: Competitive salary range EUR 43,997 - EUR 48,887 per annum.
