About Your New Job
- Valuation Expertise: Conduct commercial portfolio valuations with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Quality Reporting: Prepare meticulous valuation reports that meet the highest compliance standards

What Skills You Need
- Experience: 3-5 years' post qualification experience as a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) in a valuation focused role
- Commercial Property Experience: You have worked on and can showcase a portfolio of commercial valuation surveying
- Valuation Knowledge: You have a track record of delivering detailed property valuations that meet the highest standards pertaining to legislation and compliance matters
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of valuation principles and previous experience using commercial real estate software
- Analytical Abilities: Adept at extracting insights from data, crafting clear and concise documentation, and juggling competing priorities in fast-paced environments without compromising accuracy or timeliness
- Team Collaboration: You thrive and have previous experience working with highly collaborative teams
- Commercial Acumen: You enjoy analysing information that uncovers trends, preparing well-structured written materials, while ensuring precision and meeting deadlines.
- Licensing: Holder of a PSRA licence
- Driving Requirements: Full clean driving licence and your own vehicle
