Job Description
* Provide support and care to residents with intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and quality of life.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care services.
* Act as a key worker for designated residents, providing support with daily living skills, education, and personal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in social care or related field, with registration with CORU as a social care worker.
* Experience working in residential settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Knowledge of person-centered planning, quality assurance practices, and national disability standards.
