THIS ROLE
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Financial Accounting to lead the delivery of top-tier financial reporting and accounting services across a diverse client portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality accounting services.
* Oversee and review deliverables prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Provide mentoring and coaching to support team capability, development, and performance.
* Collaborate with teams across jurisdictions to deliver a seamless client service experience.
* Contribute to process improvement and support client directors in enhancing service delivery.
Key tasks
* Prepare and review financial statements under Irish GAAP and IFRS.
* Maintain accounting records, VAT preparation, and RTD filings.
* Liaise with clients regularly to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
* Support audit coordination and review payroll processes for client portfolios.
* Manage bank account administration, including payment setups and approvals.

Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation.
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and service expectations.
* Strong skills in bookkeeping, VAT returns, and financial statement preparation.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
* Ability to guide others and support a collaborative team environment.
