The Bid Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the coordination, preparation, and submission of bids and proposals for public and private sector clients.
* Key responsibilities include monitoring and circulating tender notifications, collating and formatting bid documents, maintaining databases, managing bid schedules, supporting compliance checks, and ensuring version control of all bid materials.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2-3 years' experience in administration or marketing/bids roles to leverage their skills and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) is essential.
