ABOUT THE ROLE
* You will
drive UX strategy
and lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's design system and UX tools.
* A key part of the role will be to
support and mentor designers
, providing feedback and guidance, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
* The role involves maintaining a consistent,
customer-focused experience
across all digital products.
* You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to
influence strategic product decisions

* You will occasionally step into
hands-on design work
when needed, balancing leadership with practical contribution.
This role requires someone who can combine a strategic mindset with solid design knowledge, able to guide the team while confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU:
* Experienced in UX
(7+ years)
, with recent experience in a
leadership capacity
while remaining close to design work.
* Compassionate and collaborative, able to
get the best out of your team
.
* Comfortable immersing yourself in the business culture and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Flexible and confident, able to
switch between strategic leadership and hands-on design
as needed.
