We are seeking a skilled and dynamic leader to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction across multiple departments.
To achieve this goal, you will increase our standing on TripAdvisor by encouraging satisfied guests to leave positive reviews and gather complaints from various sources.
For this position, you will need 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, familiarity with hospitality industry standards, experience in a 3/4-star hotel, proficiency in English, computer literacy, and a customer-oriented attitude.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a Guest Relations Officer or Executive role.
* Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
* Experience in a 3/4-star hotel.
* Proficiency in English.
* Computer literacy.
* Customer-oriented attitude.
