We are currently recruiting a Senior Clinical Psychologist for Adult Mental Health Services based at Roscommon University Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented inpatient mental health service, delivering psychological assessment and intervention to adults as part of individualised care plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting service users recovery journeys while contributing to ongoing service development. Key Responsibilities Deliver psychological assessment, formulation, and therapeutic intervention to adult inpatients Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated recovery-focused care Provide supervision and professional support to trainee and staff psychologists where required Contribute to clinical audit, research, and service evaluation initiatives Offer consultation and training to other healthcare professionals as needed Essential Requirements Recognised qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology Eligibility to work within HSE Adult Psychology Services Relevant post-qualification experience in mental health or related clinical settings Strong case formulation, communication, and teamwork skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and recovery-oriented care Why Apply?
