The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in creating a store environment that promotes creativity, employee development and excellence.
Job Description
* Recruit, motivate and develop team members
* Manage performance development within the department team (performance appraisals, individual development plans, coaching and counseling and disciplinary actions)
* Recognize and develop talented individuals for advancement and growth within the organization
Key responsibilities include managing customer service, overseeing daily operations, performing visual merchandising and display tasks, as well as ensuring commercial awareness through sales analysis and market trend interpretation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a management role working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
* Strong operational skills and ability to drive sales through excellent service and visual presentation
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
