About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to work in our centres across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of children and adults with diverse needs, delivering tailored interventions to support self-care, leisure, and productivity.
* Collaborate with psychiatry, psychology, SLT, nursing, and behavioural supports to ensure comprehensive care.
* Design and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy programmes to promote positive outcomes.
* Contribute to service user transitions, care planning, and safety in daily living, ensuring seamless support.
* Document all assessments, plans, and progress according to policy and standards.
* Supervise OT students and contribute to departmental learning and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Degree in Occupational Therapy (CORU registered).
* Experience in disability or mental health settings (post-qualification desired).
* Knowledge of person-centred planning and risk assessment.
* Sensory integration training desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Strong time management and independent working abilities.
* Commitment to ongoing CPD and quality care delivery.
