Executive Assistant | Hybrid | 55K+ DOE My not-for-profit Client based in Dublin South is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant with Non-Profit experience to support the CEO.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to a busy CEO, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations.
The EA will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, managing priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the individual they support.
Duties: Working on their own initiative to provide a full executive support service to the CEO.Manage the CEO's diary proactively to help make full and effective use of their time.Support in creating board packs.Provide the first point of contact for a variety of internal & external stakeholders.Manage all administrative and correspondence duties associated with the Office of the CEO.Plan, prepare, and coordinate papers for meetings together with all supporting materials and reference documents ensuring timely distribution.Arrange logistics for meetings on behalf of the CEO and Directors.Plan, manage, and coordinate key events including Strategic launches, roadshows, quarterly Wider Management Group Meetings, all Staff events, and other associated activities.Vendor and Contractor Management.Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' Executive Assistant experience to Senior Management in a fast-paced environment.Not-for-profit sector experience.High level of organizational/administrative skills.Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.Proactive and solution-focused.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to join a well-established non-profit organisation, where their work and input is acknowledged and valued.
