We’re looking for an experienced IT Coordinator to join a growing team in Dublin, supporting business-critical systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
In this role, you’ll act as a key link between business teams, IT, and third-party vendors—providing hands‑on application support, managing system changes, and driving continuous improvement across core platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide day‑to‑day support for business applications, resolving issues with internal teams and external vendors
Manage system changes end‑to‑end, including documentation, approvals, and communication
Oversee testing lifecycle (UAT, QA, production), ensuring all changes are fully validated before release
Monitor system performance, interfaces, and batch processes to ensure uptime and reliability
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution through ticketing systems
Support vendor management, including regular performance reviews and escalation handling
Maintain documentation, IT processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audits
Contribute to IT and business improvement projects
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in IT support, application support, or a similar role
Good experience in managing third‑party vendors.
Good SQL knowledge and experience with O365/SharePoint administration
Proven experience in change management and test management environments
Familiarity with incident, problem, and service management processes
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability
