The team will focus on developing high-quality, scalable software deliveries for streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.
Delivering Impact
You'll manage software engineering teams developing platform APIs supporting client applications, providing a cohesive experience across applications. You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to harmonize efforts toward shared company goals.
As a key member, you'll be responsible for organizing, driving, and accounting for insights into the technology we develop, building cross-functional relationships through communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Become an expert in Platform Services domain.
* Facilitate requirement development considering technical capabilities and limitations.
* Drive execution and delivery of multiple high-profile product or software development projects.
* Define and execute a communication plan for complex projects and programs.
* Contribute to developing a roadmap for the team and maintain it aligned with product priorities.
* Assist teams in story writing, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning.
* Continuously evaluate process and seek ways to improve.
* Lead planning, refinement, and release ceremonies for the engineering team.
* Adapt to changing conditions and modify project execution plans as appropriate.
* Identify blockers and facilitate removal.
* Proactively highlight and resolve risks and issues, clearly communicating them to stakeholders.
* Maintain stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risk.
* Cultivate relationships across engineering and technical teams to drive progress forward.
Requirements
* 6-9 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
* Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Ability to distill complex issues into solvable tasks.
* Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies.
* Strong technical proficiency demonstrated through coding skills, quality assurance experience, or technical writing background.
* Experience with Project Management Methodologies, Frameworks, and tooling.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate collaborative work.
* Innate problem solver with pressure management skills.
* Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
* Working knowledge in release planning and management.
* Experience in risk reporting, management, and mitigation.
