About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned marketing procurement specialist to join our European team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute significantly towards Diageo's business, productivity and growth by delivering innovative solutions across POS, Experiential & Customer A&P spend.
1. As Category Specialist in our Procurement function, you will partner with the wider Customer Marketing team both regionally and globally to drive strategic execution of category strategies.
2. Your key responsibilities include building market implementation plans that feed into global category strategy creation; cultivating stakeholder connections internally and externally; driving sourcing activities including negotiating with agency partners;

• Strong analytical skills coupled with a commercial mindset are essential for this role .
Independent thinker required.
Experience developing and executing projects leading to strategic change is desirable.
