* To deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and subsequent targets
* To lead the team in delivering business strategies and objectives
* To maximise sales through analysing sales data and stock availability

Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills are essential. Customer focus, organisational skills, and a commercial mind-set are also required.
