As a Supervisor, you will support the team in the day-to-day running of our busy restaurant. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and motivating our fantastic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift supervision
* Manage stock levels and ordering
* Assist in creating and implementing efficient staff rotas
* Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are maintained
* Maintain hygiene and presentation standards at all times
* Motivate and lead team members to achieve excellence
* Communicate with operations and reservations teams
* Build strong relationships with guests and key clients
