Role DetailsJob Title:Job CoachReports to:Careers & Employment Team LeaderLocation:Community Based roles in north and south DublinWorking Hours:39hrs per week, 5 days working week, across the week. You will need to be flexible in working some evenings, Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate to the working life of the person supported.Renumeration:€37,500.00 per annumContract Type:Full-time/Fixed Term/Specific PurposeJob PurposeWork alongside people to identify their careers and employment ambitions in life, connect with others, and participate meaningfully in the world of work.Promote self-advocacy and help people make informed choices.Enable people we support to play their part in the world and be seen as valued, contributing citizensBe creative, flexible and person centredHelp people and their families plan for a positive futureWork alongside the person to facilitate the development of natural support networksTo be a problem solver and to support people to move on positively with their lives.Role-specific ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities of the JobCollaborate with people to support them to gain and sustain employment in the open labour market and become full and active employees in the employment of their choice.Hold high expectations of people we work with.
