This Tax Advisor role is with a Leading Firm based in Dublin City Centre. In this role, you will be joining a well-established tax practice group, advising leading corporations and financial institutions. The role will work directly with their International client base on tax matters. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to be involved across a range of areas. This role will suit someone coming up from a smaller practice looking to expand of their skills. Key Areas of Responsibility You will be advising on the following; International tax and cross border planning. Transfer pricing. Private equity transactions. Capital markets and structured finance transactions. Investment banking and banking transactions. Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment. Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and flotations. VAT and indirect taxes and advisory services. Tax litigation. Skills and Experience Relevant BA degree in Law/Accountancy. Qualified Accountant is desirable. Client focused with strong relationship buildings skills. Strong Business Development skills. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Good organisational & communication skills. Strong experience with MS office suite.
