As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on existing product ranges and exploring new products that meet customer needs. Your role will involve assisting with tender completions, identifying opportunities for new product development, and liaising with production teams to ensure optimal customer fulfillment.
You will also be expected to conduct customer onsite assessments, provide technical assistance and support, and manage customer relationships through site visits and plan visits to increase sales.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and make informed decisions when necessary. Experience in technical sales roles, particularly in the construction industry, is highly desirable.
Salary: €65-75k DOE plus bonus, pension, and company car
Key Responsibilities:

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings for quotations and specifications
* Experience with CAD or similar packages is an advantage
* Ability to formulate plans and execute them within budget and timeline
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
