HACCP – short for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point - is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food or medicines.Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Customer Support Technician based on-site at our office in Gweedore, Co. Donegal. You will be responsible for remote customer auditing / reporting and supporting Kelsius customers.Key Responsibilities:Remote customer auditing and reporting.Handling customer queries including the logging of all customer callsMonitoring of high priority 'Watch List' customersEnsure all inbound customer calls are responded to promptlyAct as point of contact for client queries and escalations when necessaryCarrying out system changes using Kelsius configuration toolsSkills & Experience Required:Have strong organisational skills and demonstrate good attention to detail.Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skillsHave the ability to produce written reports and documentationBe proficient in Microsoft Office·Support a "can do" culture in terms of responding to customer needsHighly driven with enthusiasm to meet targets and to cope under demanding pressureSelf-motivated, flexible and adaptableAbility to both, work of own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to learn as you go and develop quickly3rd level technical qualificationStrong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneouslyFluency in European Languages an advantageWorking hours are 37.5 hours per week. Start and finish times will vary within 8am to 6pm each day, based on the work rota. Outside of hours and weekend work may be required as per customer requirements.This role is based on-site at our head office in Gweedore, Co. Donegal.
