The Facilities coordinator is responsible for the operational coordination of all on-site Facilities services providing high quality customer service and workplace experiences.
Core responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day FM service delivery, providing a five-star workplace experience
Provide support to the team in relation to all FM matters
Actively support the Workplace Manager.
Point of contact between Client and Service vendors.
Management of financial processes
Event coordination and management
Support the Workplace Manager with the day-to-day operations and management of the maintenance programs
Excel in the delivery of KPI's and SLA's
Financial responsibility for preparing and managing operational and capital budgets
Managing outsourced service providers to ensure satisfactory performance and compliance with contract obligations.
Input into the FM Health & Safety program to ensure compliance with all relevant workplace Health & Safety legislation and compliance with companies’ policies and procedures.
Validate and review all monthly reporting activities and identify trends and patterns and recognise excellence or initiate improvements when required
Be a proactive ambassador for your building and provide solutions to issues when required
Build and develop a trusting relationship with the client through continuous communication
Person Specification
Excellent communication skills, adapts style to varying situations, engages and informs others
Possess a high level of IT literacy
Applies strategy to bring creative and innovative solutions to the table
A strong understanding of good health & safety practices and promotes a strong Health & Safety culture
Experience promoting high quality Customer Service and customised service
Experience of managing contracts, operating to processes and procedures, with supervision of contractors
