Offer description

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in cololocation data center design and execution.
Experience in mission critical facility design and construction.
Experience in Auto CAD, REVIT/BIM, and Navisworks.
Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of lean construction methodologies with large-scale construction experience.
Knowledge of civil and structural engineering and multiple discipline team coordinations.
Knowledge of International Building Code (IBC), fire, and life safety code.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including frequent executive level presentations.

Responsibilities Collaborate with internal groups and Architecture and Engineering firms to develop campus plans for all sites include expansion strategies while developing architectural methodologies for application to data centre development.
Coordinate and develop design standards with cross-functional disciplines for programme delivery.
Demonstrate a knowledge of the application of architectural, engineering principles to mission critical facilities in terms of constructability, cost effectiveness as applied to construction methods and materials.
Coordinate with process controls, cost and document control team to manage all project documents during project life cycle.
Review all conceptual designs for constructability, value engineering and cost with the internal and external teams.
