We are seeking a recruiter with a strong understanding of data centre operations and infrastructure roles, sourcing talent for mission-critical environments including technicians, engineers and operations managers, ensuring staffing aligns with uptime, compliance and security standards on a global scale.Based in Dublin with a global remit, the Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, HR partners and corporate communications to ensure talent acquisition strategy aligns with business growth and project demands across international locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end recruitment across global markets using direct sourcing, referrals and targeted campaignsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needsScreen and assess candidates against role requirements and organisational culturePartner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality recruitment serviceLead recruitment campaigns, including referral programmes, industry-specific job boards and data centre communitiesCoordinate interviews, candidate debriefs and hiring decisionsManage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviews, offers and onboardingAct as the main point of contact for the applicant tracking system, recruitment reporting and metricsDeliver clear recruitment insights, status updates and performance reportingIdentify and implement recruitment process improvementsLead large-scale recruitment projects and manage external recruitment partnersScreen technical capabilities including project management, scheduling, engineering and data centre skills such as power, cooling, cabling and networkingAssess relevant certifications including CompTIA, Cisco, AWS and Uptime Institute standardsImplement and track recruitment metrics while ensuring compliance with data centre security and access protocolsAbout You5–8 years' recruitment experience within construction, mechanical and electrical, and data centre environmentsExperience working in large, complex or global organisationsProven experience leading recruitment or HR projectsStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrong knowledge of ATS, CRM platforms, job boards and social media sourcingAbility to influence hiring managers through market and sourcing expertiseExperience managing high-volume or multi-region recruitmentExperience recruiting for mission-critical facilities is highly desirableKnowledge of industry standards such as TIA-942 and ISO 27001 is a strong advantageThis role is suited to a senior professional operating at Talent Acquisition Lead level who thrives in a global, technically complex and fast-paced environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
