About the Role:
* This position is for registered staff to join a community group supporting 7 individuals with varying degrees of intellectual disability, mental health concerns and physical health issues.
* The ideal candidate will be available to work both days and nights on a rotational basis as the service is staffed 24/7 by a mix of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Support Nurses (SN).
* A key responsibility of this role is to carry out care planning and assessments in line with HIQA standards.
* Prior experience working in a similar residential service would be an advantage although training will be provided where necessary.

Key Requirements:
* Registration as a healthcare professional
* Ability to work rotating shifts including days and nights
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health concerns and physical health issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
