Location: Cork Office / Onsite – Europe
Job Description
As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will oversee project development, implementation, and completion within the scheduled timeframe. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and manage site operations to meet key milestones and ensure successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities
* Reporting to the General Manager, Operations Director, or Division Director.
* Managing all financial and managerial aspects of projects.
* Overseeing project teams, labor control, and coordination.
* Ensuring schedule adherence, QA/Cx, and Health and Safety compliance.
* Managing multiple projects as required.
* Liaising with clients and key stakeholders.
* Supporting business expansion through tendering and negotiations.
* Reviewing tenders, preparing valuations, and reporting.
* Maintaining and developing client relationships.
Skills and Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* Electrical trade background preferred.
* Experience with Data Centre, Pharma, and Life Science projects advantageous.
* Leadership and mentorship skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Revit experience beneficial.
* Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
