Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Site Coordinator to provide administrative support to our EHS Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining EHS documentation, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Compile and maintain EHS documentation in accordance with our Integrated Management System.
2. Design, deliver, and evaluate generic EHS training courses.
3. Update statistics, prepare presentations, and arrange site inductions for new employees.
4. Implement and supervise the Vertiv safe app and ensure contractor compliance.
5. Arrange and manage travel/site visits for the EHS Site Officer.
6. Promote a culture of safety first and raise hazard awareness among employees.
7. Respond to subcontractor/client requests for information as required.
8. Log accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide corrective action documentation.
9. Collaborate with project managers to heighten safety responsibility on their respective sites.
Qualifications:
* Desirable experience in Health and Safety is preferred.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is desired.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
* A valid driving license is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills are essential.
