* Role and Responsibilities:

1. To work closely with the wider management team to assist with the daily running of the hotel.

2. To supervise and provide support to the front-of-house teams daily.

3. To ensure that all customers receive the highest quality of service.

4. To assist in the management, training, and development of all F&B teams.
