Job Description:
Drive Revenue Growth and Expansion as a Business Development Manager.
This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Director of Business Development and SVP of Global Sales and Marketing to develop strategies for expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and new customers
* Research potential markets and actively pursue new business leads
* Maintain existing accounts and client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university (preferred)
* 3-5 years of progressive sales/commercial/business experience
* Understanding of/experience working within the plastics/injection molding industry (desirable)
