Project Management Employment Type: Fixed-term Contract, Full-time (35 Hours per Week)
Job Description:
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of courses and programs in project management. You will work closely with academic colleagues to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for students.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
They will be able to demonstrate a record of academic and professional achievements, maintain practical experience in the project management industry, and foster engaging learning experiences for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a PhD in project management or a related discipline, or a Master's degree in project management with substantial experience in designing and delivering courses and programs.
* Demonstrate a profound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Maintain practical experience in the project management industry to enrich theoretical learning.
* Have experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level.
* Show success in initiating curriculum development and improvement, fostering engaging learning experiences for students.
* Commit to mentoring students and junior colleagues, and provide leadership within the academic community.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
