Overview
Part Time position available, 2-3 nights per week. Hours of work: 11.00pm – 7.00am. 2-3 nights per week, with extra shifts to cover holiday leave.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the security, lock up and protection of all guests.
* Maintain a regular security check throughout the night, removing any trays etc from the corridor.
* Clear up conference rooms when required — this will be dictated by the Duty Manager nightly.
* Clear the ballroom after functions, removing tables, stacking glasses, bagging linen.
* Follow all standards implemented in the conference & banqueting department.
* File all bar charges.
* Run late bar when required and cash up nightly, ensuring end of session is balanced; make adjustments where necessary.
* Operate late bar for residents.
* Operate any food orders for residents.
* Be responsible for all guests leaving the hotel at night on time.
* Provide an overall visual appearance throughout the night.
* Carry out all Reception duties as required.
