In this role, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of cases from submission through to completion, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
 * You will work closely with the financial advisory team to process pension, investment, and protection business submissions.
 * Key responsibilities include key new applications on life company portals and managing cases to ensure quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
 * You will act as a point of contact for client and advisor queries, providing clarity, professionalism, and service.
Requirements:
 * Ideal candidate has 2 years experience in the financial services industry with experience working with either pension or protection products.
 * Working towards or completed QFA qualification is preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of life, pension, and investment products available in the Irish market is essential.
 * Able to juggle priorities under pressure with high attention to detail and solid communication skills.
