Were looking for a Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to lead innovative, culturally-relevant digital experiences across international markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape the customer journey and drive growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid 3 days in-office) Travel: Occasional international travel required, including a 23 week onboarding period in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of site merchandising strategies that elevate the shopper experience and drive conversion. Use data and analytics to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for optimization. Adapt and tailor the customer journey to align with cultural and behavioral differences across regions. Present insights and strategy updates to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Own and maintain the international site calendar, driving seasonal content and promotional planning. Collaborate with localization experts to ensure regional compliance and cultural relevance. Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team to execute on merchandising and content strategies. Partner cross-functionally with teams in eCommerce Operations, UI/UX, Marketing, Creative, and more. Identify, champion, and implement new growth initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. People Leadership: Conduct regular performance and career development conversations with direct reports. Drive engagement and inclusion through team meetings and leadership visibility. Guide hiring plans and promote a collaborative, values-driven team culture. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in eCommerce or Retail, with a focus on digital merchandising and international markets. People management experience Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively. A customer-centric mindset with cultural awareness and adaptability. Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading fast-paced initiatives. Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and web-based consumer behavior. Experience working with Creative, Merchandising, and Product Management teams.
