* Student Engagement & Partnerships: Support intern and graduate programmes, foster relationships with educational institutions, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
* Learning & Development Programs: Identify training needs and deliver development initiatives to enhance leadership, teamwork, and workplace culture.
* Performance Management & Coaching: Support performance processes, advise managers on feedback and development, and ensure robust onboarding practices.
* Employee Relations & Support: Partner with managers to maintain a positive work environment, address ER issues, and participate in disciplinary procedures.
* HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure effective HR administration and adherence to policies, employment legislation, and regulatory standards.
