12 month contract Hybrid working model Attractive hourly pay rate Your Day-to-Day Respond to medical and pharmaceutical information enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients and customers via phone, email and virtual channels.
Provide accurate, balanced and compliant information in line with medical and regulatory standards.
Record all interactions carefully, including any product complaints or adverse events, ensuring full compliance.
Collaborate with medical experts to resolve complex queries quickly and accurately.
Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
Help maintain and update the medical knowledge database to ensure the latest, compliant information is available.
What you need to succeed; Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
A structured, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
Strong time management and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
