Responsibilities (Text Only)
1. Prioritization - Help the team manage the rhythm of the business for the area of responsibility, including monthly close, recurring business reviews, forecasting, and budgeting for WW SME&C.
2. Data Management & Analysis - Conceptualize and design new approaches and metrics for collecting and evaluating relevant financial data to influence future outcomes and decisions. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure reliability. Perform risk management by analyzing data flows/sources for completeness and accuracy. Serve as a subject matter expert in data management and operations.
3. Financial Analysis & Modeling - Conduct analysis, modeling, and research on current and future financial performance, plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investments, revenue, operational, and productivity metrics), and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, partnerships, acquisitions). Prepare and summarize recommendations.
4. Partnership & Strategic Insights - Provide insights into business health, industry benchmarks, and growth opportunities. Develop solutions and action plans to achieve accountabilities. Understand business results and translate them into forward-looking strategies to inform senior leadership decisions.
5. Collaboration - Work with the Field SME&C Worldwide and WW CSA Finance teams to improve the SME&C ecosystem across sales and partners. Understand the connections between data, information, and results, and communicate these insights through narratives and forecasts.
6. Risk & Compliance - Promote a culture of compliance by driving awareness and adherence to Microsoft policies on risk and compliance. Influence leadership to prioritize compliance, share risks, and implement mitigation steps.
