Culinary Chef – Join a Nationally Recognised Restaurant in Athlone
We're looking for a talented and driven Chef to become part of our high-performing kitchen team in the heart of Athlone. You'll work alongside our Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Restaurant Manager in a creative, fast-paced environment where quality and presentation are key.

The Role
* Permanent position, part-time hours (approx. 30–33 per week)
* Pay range: €18.00 – €21.00 per hour, depending on experience
* Mostly set weekly shifts, with occasional variations
* Location: Athlone, Co. Westmeath (in-person only)
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience as a chef, or a second-year culinary student with strong practical skills
* Understanding of HACCP procedures (required)
* Experience with open-fire and sous vide cooking techniques (an advantage)
* The right to work in Ireland
Responsibilities
* Support the Executive and Head Chefs in all aspects of kitchen operations
* Assist in preparing and plating dishes to the highest standard
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety in all areas of the kitchen
* Contribute to menu execution and occasional development
