Are you a people-focused leader who thrives on developing high-performing field based teams and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of field-based Account Managers within a fast-growing and innovative sector.

Key Responsibilities
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Managers to achieve regional objectives and KPIs
Creating a positive, high‑performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strengthening customer partnerships to support long‑term business success
Coordinating regional meetings, product launches, and performance reviews
Supporting change initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals
Qualifications
Experience leading and developing field‑based sales teams
A strong commercial background, ideally within technical solutions or complex products
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
The ability to inspire, influence, and manage change effectively
A degree qualification (Master’s preferred)
