Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Coordinator in West Dublin.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Fully office based.
Main duties:
* Manage incoming customer enquiries and requests through phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
* Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and update customers on order status.
* Provide support to external sales representatives and ensure they have up-to-date client and order information.
* Maintain accurate and well-organised records of all client interactions, quotations, and transactions.
* Assist walk-in customers at the trade counter when required.
* Carry out general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document management.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
* Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
