Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills across various systems will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with users to identify issues and develop effective technical solutions
Respond to or escalate support calls within defined timeframes
Install, configure, and maintain client systems, including PCs and mobile devices
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand service support
Support the development of testing and repair processes
Coordinate with help desks, support centres, and other technical teams
Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role
Experience handling and maintaining technical equipment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player with effective time-management abilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
