Our client, a global financial services organization is seeking a Fund Accounting professional to join their growing Dublin team in a Vice President capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of fund accounting services across Private Equity and Real Estate portfolios, ensuring high standards of accuracy, control, and client service.
Act as a senior contact for assigned clients, handling complex queries and providing guidance on escalated operational and reporting matters.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including fund managers, investors, legal advisers, auditors, and financial institutions.
Coordinate and review the production of periodic financial reporting, including management accounts, investor reporting, and capital activity calculations across multiple fund structures.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and workflows, contributing to the ongoing evolution and optimisation of the operating and service delivery model.
Key Requirements
Proven success leading a team within PERE space.
Strong leadership & Management skills
7+ years experience including at least 2 at Manager level
