Job Description We are looking for someone to join our growing stores/parts department. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working with the public on a day to day basis. Role ? Ensure the speedy parts supply appropriate to the demand of the customer or in-house service department ? Ensure Supply times, parts issue and invoicing is correct ? Ensure that the appearance of the parts department contributes to the reputation of Nunan Farm Machinery at all times. ? Accept telephone enquiries and e-mails in a timely manner -follow through to sale ? All administration paperwork should be clear and filed according to parts procedures ? Book in parts where necessary ? The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role or someone who would be enthusiastic and have the right attitude would grow into the role. Requirements ? High standard of work with strong attention to detail ? Computer literacy ? Strong communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team. ?
