This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional to step into a leadership role within a residential service supporting individuals across disability and social care.
The Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) to support the day-to-day running of a residential service.
Youll play a key role in leading and supporting your team while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting and supervising a dedicated staff team Assisting with rota management and service planning Overseeing care plans and ensuring best practice delivery Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulations Promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred support Supporting individuals to achieve greater independence and community inclusion About You Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or a related field (e.g.
