An award-winning digital performance agency is seeking a PPC Specialist to join its growing Paid Media team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, influence client growth, and contribute to the continued evolution of a high-performing department.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of 60+ clients across multiple sectors, spanning lead generation and high-scale eCommerce. This role is ideal for a commercially minded performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
The Role
Client Leadership & Strategic Consulting
Act as the strategic lead for high-value accounts, becoming a trusted advisor focused on overall business growth—not just campaign execution
Own long-term account roadmaps, identifying upsell and cross-channel opportunities aligned with evolving client objectives
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, confidently presenting insights and strategic direction to senior stakeholders
Maintain a strategic overview across a broad client portfolio, ensuring consistency, innovation and performance excellence
Performance Strategy & Innovation
Design and execute high-performing PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and related platforms
Stay ahead of platform developments including AI bidding, Performance Max, and automation advancements
Collaborate closely with SEO, Content and Social teams to deliver fully integrated, omnichannel digital strategies
Data, Analytics & Budget Management
Oversee advanced reporting and insight delivery using GA4 and Looker Studio
Manage bid strategies, forecasting and budget allocation across high-scale accounts to maximise ROI and eliminate inefficiencies
Ensure conversion tracking and measurement frameworks are robust and commercially aligned
About You
2+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
Proven ability to lead client meetings, manage expectations and grow accounts strategically
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Meta Ads experience a strong advantage)
Advanced experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify and SEMrush
GTM experience and understanding of conversion architecture highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear commercial outcomes
