HR Generalist Role Overview
Cpl HR recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist position. This is a 23-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin city, with a hybrid working model.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely responses.
* Administer and continuously improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, conducting inductions, managing resignations, and coordinating exit interviews.
* Manage the end-to-end process of employee leave, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law.
* Manage HR data accurately and securely.
* Draft confidential documents that require high attention to detail.
* Take ownership of monthly payroll amendments and ensure timely and accurate completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Progressive experience in a HR Generalist position (minimum 3 years).
* Degree and CIPD qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in Irish employment law is essential for this role.
