* Review technical data, drawings, and specifications.
* Conduct site inspections and surveys across Ireland.
* Produce high-quality reports and defect assessments.
Critical Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a building surveyor
