Swim Max is expanding and we are recruiting a high quality leader with strong HR experience to join our Limerick team. This role requires someone who leads by action, sets clear standards, follows through every time and gets the best from people. You must be confident guiding staff face to face, steady under pressure and committed to maintaining a smooth, structured and high performing environment.This is a hands on leadership position. You will be present on deck and in reception, supporting staff, confirming tasks are completed properly and maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere for families and team members. Fluent English is essential.
