We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing, and growing accounts in the DACH market. Your focus will be on establishing and strengthening client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring advertiser satisfaction. Success requires a client service focus, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to shape and sell scalable solutions to support SMB customers.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and enhance long-term successful strategic partnerships with existing media/digital agencies to support their growth in the DACH Markets
* Develop and grow an existing book of agency business by:
* Scaling current agencies' advertisers
* Securing additional budget by demonstrating greater ROAS for the clients
* Pitching for new client activations
* Proving impact through achieving KPIs such as increased budget & ARPA, growth of active clients per agency, etc.
* Accurately forecast revenue delivery and identify opportunities to prevent or bridge gaps to goals
* Establish and maintain relationships with both C-Level & tactical contacts within agencies to ensure TikTok is a partner of choice for their growth
* Leverage insights, data, and industry benchmarks to support internal and external stakeholders
* Manage media agencies at scale, monitor performance, and communicate effectively with clients
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by troubleshooting practical problems and proactively addressing challenges
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
* Fluency in English and German, as this role targets the DACH market (AT, CH, DE)
* 3+ years of experience and knowledge in digital marketing and/or sales
* Experience working closely with agencies, resellers, or consulting businesses
* Strong client focus and motivation driven by customer success
* Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with proactive solutions
Preferred qualifications:
* Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities and deadlines
* Analytical and quantitative skills
* Experience with revenue targets in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
* Passion for consultative selling, strategy, and growing a business portfolio
