Our client, a well-known construction company, is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This permanent role is fully based on-site at their Head Office in Ballymount, Dublin 22. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent across several disciplines including but not limited to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commercial departments to support major projects in Ireland and across Europe.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and referrals.
* Communicate effectively with candidates to set clear expectations regarding process, timelines, and offer details.
* Manage recruitment agencies and ensure compliance.
* Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
* Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
Skills/Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment; construction or engineering sector experience is an advantage.
* Experience managing recruitment PSLs and vendor relationships is beneficial.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
